Hi, I’m Ryan Hayes.
Therapist. Ministerial counselor. Etcetera, etcetera, etcetera.
I’ve collected a lot of labels over the years (as I’m sure you have). But at the core, we’re more than the titles and roles—we’re body-mind-spirit complexes learning how to release what no longer fits and re-wire towards compassion and possibility.
My path has been less of a straight line and more of a doodle, but it’s taught me this: healing and transformation are real—and they’re never one-size-fits-all. I love creating frameworks that actually work, and walking with people as they release old patterns and rewire their lives.
7 Core Guiding Concepts
Core Self is the anchor.
Your essence is already whole. Healing is about returning to that center.
All parts are welcome.
Every part of you has a purpose. Integration comes through acceptance, not rejection.
Healing requires presence, not resistance.
What we resist persists; what we allow with compassion transforms.
Awareness creates choice.
When the unconscious becomes conscious, you stop running on old programs and begin to choose freely.
Identity is fluid and evolving.
You are not fixed in the past. You can rewire new ways of being.
The body holds the story.
Emotions, beliefs, and trauma live in the nervous system — and can be released.
Reality mirrors the inner world.
Triggers and patterns are teachers, showing what’s ready to heal.
